This role serves as a key point of contact for providers, helping troubleshoot systems, coordinate training, and streamline workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Clinical Operations Specialist is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, with experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations and comfort working independently in a fast-paced telecommute environment.What You’ll Do• Manage and execute the end-to-end provider onboarding process.• Coordinate and maintain clinical provider scheduling and calendars.• Develop, document, and optimize clinical operational workflows.• Act as a central point of contact for clinical team and provider operational inquiries.• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements within clinical operations.• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks related to patient care delivery and record keeping.• Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical operations.Who You Are• Provider Onboarding: Someone who will support the details of the onboarding process for new clinical providers, including system setup, schedules, training coordination, and documentation management.• Schedule Management: We know mental health is just as essential as physical health, and authentic human connection drives everything we do.
